
General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, services and offers of the Human Design Academy Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Coach), regarding coaching sessions and workshops in the field of mindfulness, stress management and life enrichment. Upon commissioning, these terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client (hereinafter referred to as the client) and deviating terms and conditions of the client do not apply and deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by Nicole Wesenberg - Human Design Academy Ltd. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
2) Appointments and registration
The time and place of a coaching session are mutually agreed between the coach and the client. This can be done by e-mail or telephone. The time and place of the events are determined by the coach and accepted by the customer. Registration for events takes place exclusively in writing, by e-mail, via the contact form or via the respective booking form. Agreed dates are binding. The customer undertakes to arrive punctually for all agreed appointments and to provide all relevant information truthfully.
3) Conclusion of contract
(3.1.) A contract is concluded when a client makes use of the services of the Human Design Academy Ltd and confirms this by paying for a session or workshop.
(3.2.) The details of the service (scope, location, time, etc.) are agreed individually.
4) Remuneration and terms of payment
(4.1.) A fee shall be paid for the services of the Human Design Academy Ltd, the amount of which shall be agreed before the contract is concluded.
(4.2.) Payment shall be made after invoicing. The invoice is to be paid immediately.
5) Cancellation of a coaching appointment by the coach
In the event that the coach has to cancel or postpone a coaching appointment for urgent reasons, the client will be informed as soon as possible in order to offer an alternative appointment. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, do not exist.
6) Withdrawal and termination
(6.1.) Cancellation of booked sessions or workshops is possible free of charge up to 5 days before the date.
(6.2.) In the event of later withdrawal or non-appearance, a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the agreed remuneration shall be due.
7) Copyright
Offers, invitations to tender, coaching and consulting concepts, personally created MP3 files, online documents and other documents are protected by copyright.
All documents, videos, audios, PDFs, e-books etc. handed over or made accessible to the customer are intended exclusively for personal use. The customer is not permitted to reproduce the documents or parts thereof and/or make them accessible to third parties. Publication - even in part - is prohibited and may be prosecuted.
8) Liability
The coach undertakes to carry out all agreed services carefully and to the best of his knowledge and belief. There is no guarantee of success in the provision of coaching services or events/training. Liability is excluded.
By making an appointment or registering for events and training courses, the customer confirms that they are acting on their own responsibility and indemnify the provider against all liability claims. The customer acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their own physical and mental health and are liable for any damage caused.
9) Confidentiality
The coach undertakes to maintain confidentiality about all professional, business and private matters of the client that become known in the course of the activity, even after termination of the contract.
